Damiano Bisozzi (Italy)
dancer, choreographer, international director for theatre and television, and one of the most dynamic creative voices of the European performing arts scene.

His artistic career includes major international productions such as:

Awarded multiple times for his artistic excellence, Damiano Bisozzi received:

🏆 Best Italian Choreographer – Campidoglio, Rome

He is also the choreographer behind internationally acclaimed productions such as Alice in Wonderland, Jack – Pazzia e Amore, and the Ballet Opera Alice, recently touring the most important theatres in China.

✨ SIBIU BALLET INTENSIVE – SUMMER 2026 ✨

We are honored to welcome Maria Postelnicu to the international faculty of Sibiu Ballet Intensive Summer 2026.

Born in Bucharest, Romania, Maria Postelnicu graduated from the “George Enescu” Academy of Choreography, where she debuted as Medora in Le Corsaire. Shortly after, she joined the Bucharest National Opera as a soloist and principal dancer, performing leading roles in some of the world’s most renowned classical ballets, including Swan Lake, La Bayadère, Giselle, Don Quixote, Coppélia, Romeo and Juliet, The Nutcracker, Carmen, and many more.

During her remarkable stage career, she toured internationally across Germany, Japan, France, Spain, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Russia, Bulgaria, Italy, and Austria.

She trained with some of the most respected ballet masters and teachers, including Mihaela Crăciunescu, Cristina Hamel, Amato Căciulescu, Lulu Ross, Raul Erceanu, Oleg Danovski, and many others.

Beyond the stage, Maria Postelnicu also became well known in Romanian television and cinema, appearing in important productions directed by Stere Gulea and Sergiu Nicolaescu.

Following her performing career at the Bucharest National Opera, she dedicated herself to teaching classical ballet, repertoire, character dance, and pointe technique in Germany and Italy, training generations of dancers and award-winning students.

Throughout the years, she has been invited as a jury member, teacher, and guest coach at numerous prestigious international competitions, workshops, and ballet galas across Europe.

Since 2016, together with George Postelnicu, she has directed the Dance Campus & Contest “San Francesco di Paola”, collaborating with internationally renowned ballet artists and offering scholarships and professional opportunities to young dancers.

Her dedication to ballet education, artistic excellence, and the development of young talent continues to inspire generations of dancers internationally.

We are delighted to welcome Vanda Stefănescu to the international faculty of Sibiu Ballet Intensive Summer 2026.

Born in Bucharest, Romania, she began creating choreography at the age of 16, developing a distinctive artistic style that blends classical ballet, contemporary movement, and emotional storytelling.

Her choreographic works have been presented on prestigious stages such as the Bucharest National Opera, Bucharest National Theatre, and Timișoara National Opera, among others.

She trained at the “Floria Capsali” Choreography High School and at UNATC Bucharest, while her performing career includes collaborations with Vortice Dance Company (Portugal) and Stadttheater Giessen (Germany).

Throughout her career, she has worked with internationally recognized choreographers and directors including Massimo Gerardi, Nae Caranfil, Tyce Diorio, and Milan Gromilic, appearing in both stage and television productions.

With more than a decade of teaching experience, she has trained professional and pre-professional dancers, while many of her students have received awards and scholarships at international competitions.

She is also the founder and artistic director of Parol Dance Company, a junior contemporary dance company created to support young dancers through professional stage experience, artistic mentorship, and real development opportunities within an international environment.

We are proud to welcome Sabrina Rinaldi to Sibiu Ballet Intensive – Summer 2026 🌟

Director of PROBALLET ITALIA and the ARISTON PROBALLET Company, Sabrina Rinaldi has built an extraordinary international career as a principal dancer, ballet master, educator, and artistic director.

Trained in Paris and at the Hungarian State Ballet Institute, she collaborated throughout her career with internationally acclaimed choreographers and companies across Europe and the United States.

Her artistic journey includes performances with companies such as:

✨ Staatstheater Karlsruhe
