What is IPS 2026?

IPS is an international program in scenography built around collaboration, experimentation, and exchange.

The 2026 edition takes place in Ovidiu, Constanța, Romania, by the shores of Lake Siutghio between August 24 and September 6, and unfolds under the theme Birds in Space.

For two weeks, participants work alongside international mentors and emerging creatives, developing ideas through workshops, teamwork, and hands-on practice. The focus is on process - testing, questioning, and pushing your creative approach in a shared environment.

The program culminates in the Birds in Space Gala and a public exhibition, where the results of this process are presented to a wider audience.

If you are ready to step into an international context and challenge your practice, this is your moment.
