Another old piece inspired by John Blanche.

I brought this drawing back from my mother's house, where it had been sitting for years. Unlike the sketch I shared yesterday, this one was finished in ink in the early 2000s.

Back then I made several studies and reproductions inspired by Blanche's work. His Khare illustration in particular had a huge impact on me.

A new settlement map from the upcoming fantasy campaign setting The Dragonwilds by Spellsword LLC.

This time: Bren village, a grim little settlement surrounded by wilderness, created in my hand-drawn black & white isometric style for the project’s Gazetteer.

Really enjoying working on these maps and helping bring the world of Dragonwilds to life. More settlements coming soon!
