The festival takes place in Câmpulung Muscel, a city located in the homonymous depression, at an altitude of 580-600 m. The city has an area of 11.7 square km and a population of around 40,000 inhabitants . Known as the first royal residence of Romanian Country, here stems first known document in Romanian language, Letter of Neacsu. The rock festival had its first edition in 1986, in the communist

era. From the beginning it was a rock contest festival which brought in Campulung best bands in the underground but also live shows from the most valuable names in Romanian rock music. In present, Posada Rock continues to be the leading rock contest festival for the romanian underground bands but also became an appreciated international rock festival with great names of the metal scene playing here.

Athoris sunt câștigătorii Marelui Premiu la POSADA ROCK FESTIVAL 2026! ✨️

Juriul format din Lenți Chiriac, Cristi Gram, Andy Ionescu, Mihai Ilie, Cristian Popescu, Vlad Bușcă, Bogdan Prundeanu, Denis Uță, Bogdan Trîmbaciu și Răzvan Brăileanu a ales următorii premianți:

🥈 Premiul II - King Solomon
🥉 Premiul III - Zgripsorum
🏅 Premiul "Zaharia Rădulică" - Grinder
