If you’ve been seeing shuffle videos everywhere and thinking “I wish I could do that”, this is your moment⚡

YOUR FOOTWORK FOUNDATION (Shuffle) is a 6-week beginner module designed to teach you the essential footwork that builds the base of shuffle and cutting shapes.

We start from zero and break everything down step by step so that by the end of the program you’ll feel confident joining other open classes and choreography based sessions.

Program de 4 săptămâni pentru începători

Într-o lună, trecem de la „mi-e frică să stau în cap” la „corpul meu chiar poate asta”.

Find Your Way to Headstand este un program de o lună în care învățăm pas cu pas cm să construim forța, controlul și încrederea de care ai nevoie pentru a sta în cap în siguranță, chiar dacă ești începător.

Pe parcursul celor 4 ședințe lucrăm cu:

✨ forță în brațe, core și spate
✨ aliniament corect
✨ pregătire pentru inversii
✨ intrări și ieșiri în siguranță din exercițiu
✨ exerciții la perete, iar în ultima ședință ne vom desprinde de el
✨ încredere în corp și în proces

Două weekenduri. 12 ore. Un program creat pentru femeile care vor să intre mai adânc în mișcare, în corp și în vibe-ul lor.

Nu contează de unde pornești. Contează să vii cu deschidere, energie și chef să lucrezi real. Începem cu fundația: vocabular de mișcare, ritm, control, spațiu și încredere. Apoi mergem mai departe spre flexibilitate, freestyle, lucru somatic și exerciții cu partenera, ca să înveți nu doar cm arată mișcarea, ci cm se simte.

𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚 𝐑𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐤𝐨 🌍 is coming to our tribe for a special open level choreo workshordancer & choreographer from Italy 🇮🇹 with experience on stages and workshops around the world.

Winner at World of Dance Slovenia 🥉, WOD Poland 🥈, WOD Milano 🥈 and more, Roma has shared his work in Turkey, Moldova, Hungary, Latvia, Italy, Romania, Estonia and beyond. He has also worked on projects like World of Dance Poland, Dance Revolution, World of Dance Ukraine and others.

Expect a fresh vision of musicality, technique & movement, no stress, no pressure. The choreo is made to be enjoyed, tried, repeated and felt. Everyone’s welcome 🤍
