Investigative journalism revealed that certain political leaders received degrees from public universities without ever attending classes, taking exams, or submitting actual theses. While ordinary students make huge financial sacrifices and work for years for a degree, political elites received them as mere gifts or "goods to buy." The heel chimpanzee mocks precisely this decay of the system, where the titles no longer reflect intelligence or effort, but status and influence.
State institutions have become an ideological facade. They continue to mimic excellence and social control, although behind closed doors the system is riddled with mediocrity and imposture (source: internet)
