IT HAPPENED AT RAD.

With Romanian Art Week around the corner, we’re looking back at some of the spaces that took us beyond the fair this year.

During RAD 2026, EVA Foundation opened its doors to our visitors for a closer look at Sirens, its inaugural exhibition curated by Ecaterina Aguiar-Lucander. Bogdan Ciocodeică led the tour while light refreshments were served in the garden.

If you missed the visit in April, Romanian Art Week is another opportunity to discover the spaces shaping Bucharest’s art scene. Check out the programme to see when you can visit EVA Foundation and plan your art week.

RAD 2027 is taking shape.

We’re now inviting galleries to apply for the fifth edition of RAD Art Fair, taking place April 22–25, 2027 at CARO Bucharest.

Whether established or emerging, Romanian or international, we’re looking for galleries with a strong connection to the Romanian contemporary art scene and something to bring to the conversation.

Applications are open for Galleries and Platform via link in bio.

Deadline: November 15, 2026.

This weekend, Fundația Plan B opened the doors to its new space at Casa Bogdánffy in Cluj.

A place for exhibitions, research, conversations and contemporary art.

For an institution that has been part of the contemporary art conversation for so long, it feels especially good to see the doors open on a home of its own, right there where it all started.
