🇷🇴 𝘽𝙖̆𝙡𝙖 𝙁𝙚𝙨𝙩 este mult mai mult decât un simplu festival. 𝘽𝙖̆𝙡𝙖 𝙁𝙚𝙨𝙩 este de fapt un proiect care își dorește să promoveze România, să revitalizeze satul românesc, în special Băla, să păstreze meșteșugurile vechi, să perpetueze tradițiile românești, transmise din moși - strămoși, să păstreze și să conserve casele vechi, tradiționale. Și nu în ultimul rând să aducă tot mai mulți turiști din Români
a și din afara țării care să viziteze satele din zonă, și, de ce nu, să și investească în case vechi sau alte mici afaceri. De aceea am și înființat un ONG, 𝘼𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙩̦𝙞𝙖 𝘽𝙖̆𝙡𝙖 𝙁𝙚𝙨𝙩, pentru a putea promova și susține mai bine toate aceste valori în care noi credem cu strășnicie! Nouă ne place să spunem că avem un festival boutique și vom face tot ce putem pentru a asigura originalitatea acestui eveniment. Cazarea o asigurăm în case vechi, tradiționale, dar care într-adevăr beneficiază de toate facilitățile necesare (căldură, apă caldă, chicinetă, internet). Când se ocupă toate locurile noastre de cazare, căutăm cazare pe la oamenii din sat, care se bucură mereu de oaspeți noi. La fiecare ediție organizăm ateliere meșteșugărești pentru a încerca să păstrăm și să promovăm cât mai mult aceste îndeletniciri străvechi: atelier de țesut la război, de copt pâine în cuptor cu lemne, de creat parfumuri și cosmetice naturale, de apicultură, șamd. Mâncarea va fi mereu una simplă, naturală și gustoasă, bazată pe rețete locale, cu ingrediente din zonă. Muzica ne place mereu să fie una specială, care să îmbine tendințele mai moderne cu stilurile mai vechi, dar și cu muzică și dansuri populare. Nu avem un gen anume, dar sigur te vei distra și vei dansa, poate chiar vei și participa la una dintre sesiunile de improvizație care au loc mereu. Mai putem spune că facem yoga în fiecare dimineață (da, știm, nu are nimic de-a face cu tradițiile românești, dar v-am spus că este un festival mai atipic), că poți veni cu cortul, rulota sau camper-ul la noi pentru că îți punem la dispoziție toate facilitățile (apă, curent, grupuri sanitare, dușuri) și că suntem pet-friendly (am observat că animalele de companie chiar sunt civilizate când vin în vizită la noi).
Și nu în ultimul rând, focul de tabără din fiecare seară… Dacă ai fost când erai mai mic în tabere cu școala, liceul sau facultatea știi despre ce vorbim. Recreăm mereu acea atmosferă idilică din jurul focului, seara, după o zi obositoare plină de distracție, când ne strângem cât mai mulți și începem să cântăm, să improvizăm, să spunem bancuri sau povești. Chiar nu poți lipsi de la focul de tabără! Cel mai des ni s-a spus că reușim să creăm la 𝘽𝙖̆𝙡𝙖 𝙁𝙚𝙨𝙩 acea atmosferă care era pe vremuri când în vacanța de vară familiile duceau nepoții la bunici la țară și se distrau toată ziua, mâncau bine de tot și petreceau cu rudele sau cu prietenii. Nu trebuie să ne crezi pe cuvânt, trebuie doar să vii la 2022 și te vei convinge! 🇬🇧 𝘽𝙖̆𝙡𝙖 𝙁𝙚𝙨𝙩 is much more than just a festival. It is in fact a project that wants to promote Romania, to revitalize the Romanian village, especially Băla, to preserve the old crafts, to perpetuate the Romanian traditions, passed down from ancestors, to preserve the old, traditional houses. And last but not least, to bring more and more tourists from the country and abroad to visit the villages in the area, and, why not, to invest in old houses or other small businesses. That is why we have set up an 𝐍𝐆𝐎, Băla Fest Association, in order to be able to better promote and support all these values in which we strongly believe! We like to say that we have a boutique festival and we will do our best to ensure the originality of this event. That is why you will see that every year we have tourists from outside Romania. We provide accommodation in old, traditional houses, but which really benefit from all the necessary facilities (heat, hot water, kitchenette, internet). When all our accommodation is occupied, we look for accommodation in the village, which always enjoys new guests. At each edition we organize craft workshops to try to preserve and promote as much as possible these ancient occupations: war weaving workshops, baking bread in wood oven, creating perfumes and natural cosmetics, beekeeping, etc. The food will always be simple, natural and tasty, based on local recipes, with local ingredients. We always like music to be special, combining more modern trends with older styles, but also with traditional music and folk dances. We don't have a specific genre, but for sure you will have fun and you will definitely dance, maybe you will even participate in one of the improvisation sessions that always take place. We can also say that we do yoga every morning (yes, we know, it has nothing to do with Romanian traditions, but I told you that it is a more atypical festival), that you can come with a tent, caravan or camper to us because we provide you with all the facilities (water, electricity, toilets, showers) and because we are pet-friendly (we noticed that pets are really civilized when they come to visit us). And last but not least, the campfire every night… If you were when you were younger in camp with school, high school or college you know what we're talking about. We always recreate that idyllic atmosphere around the fire, in the evening, after a tiring day full of fun, when we gather as many as possible and start singing, improvising, telling jokes or stories. You really can't miss the campfire! Most of the time we were told that we managed to create at Băla Fest that atmosphere that used to be when in the summer holidays the families took their grandchildren to their grandparents in the countryside and had fun all day, ate well and spent time with relatives or friends.
