August's journal club was a reminder of human each and every one of us is. It's beautiful to see how we hold space—together—for everyone's different emotions and perspectives.

We can talk about the science behind it. The psychology. Flow, parallel play, tactile grounding. Or, we can talk about how our hearts feel.

One of our participants said:
Muse Collective activities are a way to get away from feeling disconnected. Joining is a way to explore new places and new activities and to remember that it's the people that make an event valuable :)
