Visit Qatar has received a prestigious GCC-level award for excellence in workforce nationalisation, recognising its commitment to developing and empowering Qatari talent within the tourism sector.

Eng. Abdulaziz Ali Al Mawlawi, CEO of Visit Qatar, received the award from H.E. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister of Bahrain, during a ceremony in Manama held alongside the 12th meeting of the GCC Committee of Ministers of Labour.

The recognition highlights Qatar’s continued investment in local talent and its vision for a thriving, sustainable tourism industry.
