In todayтАЩs fast-paced and stressful life, mental health and emotional well-being are more important than ever.
With this heartfelt thought, Bihar Johar Sanskritik Parishad (BJSP) successfully conducted a special Wellness Program on Mental Health, Meditation, and Stress Management for our community members.
We were truly honored to invite Respected Subhash Chandra Ji from Singapore, whose guidance and presence made this session deeply meaningful and impactful.
The program was conducted beautifully, and it was wonderful to see everyone participating with such positivity. We sincerely hope that all attendees felt lighter, calmer, more stress-free, and refreshed after the session.
