Another new face and set at TanGogh - DJ Joël Silva. A dancer, a DJ and a photographer, his multi sensory approach to tango has been wowing dancers around the Mediterranean.
He says ‘I would describe my sets as a balance between softness and rhythm, carefully building tandas in a crescendo and finishing with a standout track that gives dancers a strong, satisfying ending.
One of my favorite orchestras is Pugliese. Both listening to and dancing to his music is intensely emotional and powerful. I’m still working on not playing too much D’Arienzo—my guilty pleasure.’
