🏋️‍♀️ Roots ao Detalhe | Episódio 8

“A Princesa tem… um Personal Trainer” — uma obra que coloca frente a frente o universo aristocrático e a cultura contemporânea do bem-estar físico, criando um contraste irónico e visualmente inesperado.

A figura da princesa surge envolta em símbolos de nobreza — vestido ornamentado, joias e uma postura de elegância clássica — mas é atravessada por um detalhe moderno e quase disruptivo: uma banda desportiva da Nike. Este elemento quebra a intemporalidade do retrato e introduz um diálogo com a atual obsessão pelo fitness, disciplina e autoaperfeiçoamento.

Entre tradição e modernidade, a obra constrói uma sátira subtil sobre a forma como a imagem da realeza pode ser reinterpretada à luz dos valores contemporâneos. O resultado é uma composição onde o luxo histórico encontra a cultura do corpo atual, criando humor através do contraste e reflexão através do detalhe.

Uma leitura visual sobre identidade, imagem e a forma como até a realeza se adapta às exigências do presente.

“The Princess Has… a Personal Trainer” — a piece that brings aristocratic imagery into dialogue with contemporary wellness culture, creating an ironic and visually unexpected contrast.

The princess appears surrounded by symbols of nobility — ornate dresses, jewelry, and a sense of classical elegance — yet is interrupted by a subtle modern detail: a Nike sports band. This element breaks the timelessness of the portrait and introduces today’s obsession with fitness, discipline, and self-improvement.

Between tradition and modernity, the artwork builds a subtle satire on how royal imagery can be reinterpreted through contemporary values. The result is a composition where historical luxury meets modern body culture, using contrast to create humor and reflection through detail.

A quinta edição — e a primeira da estação mais quente — trouxe uma tarde leve, divertida e memorável. Entre risos, boa disposição e conversas que fluíram naturalmente, brindámos aos sabores mais frescos da temporada: bolo de lima cítrico, limonada fresca, tábuas de queijo irresistíveis, açaí premium e muito vinho à mistura. Um encontro cheio de energia boa, pessoas incríveis e momentos para recordar.

The fifth edition — and the first of the warmest season — gave us a light, fun and memorable afternoon. Filled with laughter, great vibes and easy conversations, we toasted to fresher flavors like citrus lime cake, refreshing lemonade, irresistible cheese boards, premium açaí and, of course, plenty of wine. A gathering full of good energy, amazing people and unforgettable moments.
