The main thing to learn about Life is that it is a Process. A Journey. As some say; it's all about the "Journey". And it is.

But most of us are, from various reasons, pressures or preferences, only focused about outcomes, decisions and results. They are important, but are only a part of the major Process, We must not lose track of the Process. Our Minds and Consciousness, when properly attuned, are our tools to best attend the Process. Through techniques such as Meditation, but indeed there might be others, we are able to expand our Thinking and understand Life Process.

Now, this is to say that there is always more, much more to our Lives than what we perceive in any particular moment. When we attend properly to Life's processes in all breath, we may see that we may be missing a lot, just because we think what matters is the present moment and the next 'outcome'. Shall we be able to always remember there's more, much more 'hidden' in any particular moment. There is always more on the vast Process of our Minds and what is unfolding in the Universe.

Something different, and equally essential, is how you structure your Life around goals and a robust sense of Purpose. Process is Life Unfolding. Purpose is the overall set of "punctuated' points in the Process where and when the main decisions and meaningful events happen to give us our Life Meaning. We may not conflate all of those...
