No, this is not what I am consuming.

I have been on the Carnivore consumption for 2 weeks. Mostly Steak, yet some Fish, Pork, a bit of hard cheese and Kefir. The Inflammation in my body has drastically evaporated, which was not the case for the last 5 years.

Yes, weight loss has been a bi product of this months challenge which I have embarked upon.

I have not once self adjusted my neck or shoulder which are remnants of my accident.

Now, even if it is in my head, I'm okay with that, as I feel integrated within my body, I feel I can energise my physical movement again and I am definitely no longer consumed with fatigue.

Seem to be back in control of my vessel:) That's great for the mental mindset.

Time to recharge amongst the Orchids.
