Biodanza deepening workshop “Rota do Prazer ao Êxtase" (Path from Pleasure to Ecstasy) on the 31th of October (10-19hr) and the 1st of November (10-18h) in Portimão.

In this weekend workshop, we will travel through the different aspects of Sexuality. Connecting with the pleasure of life, recovering our bodies as a source of pleasure, leading us to the path of ecstasy, where fusion with all Life becomes our new reality.

Last Biodanza class in nature this year, this Monday, 5 min from Rogil.

After that we start a new season in September, back in the Rancho Folclórico do Rogil!

This Monday we will let our dances be inspired by the cosmic energy, by its rhythms, by the shift in perspective, to feel again that we are the same energy, that we are guided by the same rhythms. We are the Cosmos.

Tomorrow we celebrate our 300th Biodanza in Rogil!!
You are very welcome to join, wether you are curious to try it out for the first time or you came to one or more of those 300 classes!

We dance outside in nature, 5 min from Rogil, and in the class we let ourselves be inspired by the seasons, the constant transformation that takes place and the importance to move gracefully with those seasons.

After class we will have a shared dinner for everyone who wishes to stay, you are invited to bring something to share, and don't forget to take your plate/ cup/ etc.

Welcome to join Biodanza !

We are happy to invite you for another Summer class, hosted and inspired by Nature. Every class, Nature inspires us in a theme that we dance and can take into our daily lives.

Today, we will move with Nature again, this time inspired by the constant interaction between the masculine and the feminine , in all its aspects.

They are dynamic energies that are not fixed, but that constantly meet, interact, soften, intensify...It's the art of encountering both strength 🦍 and softness 🐈, moving between seduction 🦚 and concealment 🦔, expressing protection or surrender.

A dance where integration of both the masculine and the feminine find a harmony that is alive.

Welcome to join our Biodanza class, Monday 18.30-21hr, in nature 5 min from Rogil.

We are happy to invite you for another Summer class in nature, being hosted and inspired by the elements surrounding us. Every class we bring something of nature in the theme, something where nature can inspire us in our daily lives.

Nature shows us a continuous expansion of evolution and growth. With an incredible life force to grow and to live and the ability to let go of what is no longer needed, it shows us the cycle of life.
That's what we dance on Monday 😃.

Biodanza in Nature , every Monday 19 - 21.15hr.

Nature will be our big teacher and host these summer weeks: dancing outside 🌴 while being taken on a journey through a theme based on what Nature shows us if we are able to see it, perceive it, feel it, dance it.

When we are in Nature, we feel peace. One of the reasons for this, is because Nature is constantly seeking harmony . Every single element, big and small, is part of the same web of Life, meaning every single element is connected to the other elements, and therefore dependant on it, continuously seeking a dynamic equilibrium to maintain that harmony.
Tomorrow, we will let ourselves be inspired by this Harmony in our dances.

All classes are open for new people, you are welcome to join!

Exchange: 15 euro

We'll be dancing one more time at a beautiful location on the riverside, around 15 min from Rogil. After this it will be 5 minutes from Rogil at Claire's place.

Today, we will be dancing Abundance.

And as summertime brings a lot of movement, with many of us traveling and exploring other things, all the classes are very different and you can join whenever you like. No monthly commitment this time, all the classes are 15 euro.
