Wayne Visser has spent more than three decades asking one of the biggest questions facing business today: how do we build an economy where companies, people and the planet can actually thrive?

Recognised globally as one of the leading voices in sustainability and regenerative business, Wayne has worked across 82 countries with more than 250 organisations and written 44 books, including Thriving, an Amazon bestseller in 18 countries.

Today, he is Director of the Católica Centre for Thriving Futures (Católica Porto Business School), holds the GALP Chair in Regenerative Business, Innovation and Technology, and is a Fellow at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL).

His work sits at the intersection of business, sustainability, innovation and long-term value, helping organisations move beyond doing less harm towards creating systems designed to regenerate and thrive.

On 24 September, Wayne Visser joins Happiness Camp as a moderator, bringing global perspective, intellectual depth and more than 30 years of experience to one of the event’s key conversations.

Because the best debates about the future need someone who knows how to connect the big picture with the decisions leaders are making now.

A career rarely follows a straight line anymore.

Industries evolve, new opportunities emerge and the knowledge that gets us started is not always the knowledge that will take us where we want to go next.

That’s why we’re proud to welcome ISAG – European Business School as an Official Partner of Happiness Camp 2026.

Based in Porto and with more than 45 years of history, ISAG has pioneered several higher education programmes, particularly in Business Sciences and Tourism. Today, its academic offering extends from Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees to Higher Professional Technical Courses and executive education through the ISAG Executive Academy.

That breadth reflects something increasingly important about the relationship between education and work: learning belongs at every stage of a professional journey.

As careers become more dynamic and organisations continue to evolve, creating opportunities for people to develop new knowledge, deepen their expertise and rethink what comes next becomes essential.

Because education shouldn’t only prepare us for our first opportunity.

It should help us remain ready for the ones we haven’t imagined yet.

Welcome to Happiness Camp 2026, ISAG – European Business School! 🎓

What would you ask a Disney executive, one of the world’s leading AI voices or the world’s first Chief Heart Officer if you had them in the room with you?

At Happiness Camp, Corporate Pass holders won’t just watch some of our speakers on stage. They’ll get the chance to sit down with them.

Behind closed doors. In a smaller room. With the opportunity to ask the questions that rarely fit into a keynote, bring real challenges from their organisations and hear how some of the world’s leading experts would approach them.

Adam Hickman from The Walt Disney Company. Beena Ammanath, Global Head of the Deloitte AI Institute. Claude Silver, the world’s first Chief Heart Officer. Nathan Hiller from Florida International University. Kate Zipay from Purdue University.

Five experts. Five very different perspectives spanning AI, leadership, workplace culture, employee experience, performance and the future of work.

No stage between you. No scripted conversation. Just the opportunity to ask, challenge, listen and go deeper.

Beyond the Stage: The Closed-Door Speaker Q&A is exclusively available to Corporate Pass holders and has limited capacity. Reservations are now open through the Happiness Camp App on a first come, first served basis.

If you have a Corporate Pass, secure your place before the room fills.

What happens when an entire generation is growing up online, but the risks are evolving faster than the systems designed to protect them?

For more than two decades, Jacqueline Beauchere has helped shape how the technology industry thinks about online safety, first at Microsoft and now as Global Head of Platform Safety at Snapchat.

At Happiness Camp, she’ll take the stage for “An Entire Generation Is Growing Up Online. Who Is Keeping Them Safe?”, exploring how platforms can anticipate harm before it happens, strengthen protection without removing young people’s privacy or independence, and respond to the new risks created by AI, manipulation and harmful content.

Because digital safety is no longer just about screen time or restricting access.

It is about designing online spaces where young people can connect, explore and grow without making safety the price of participation.

Join Jacqueline Beauchere on 24 September.

Before online safety became a global priority, Jacqueline Beauchere was already helping define what it should look like.

During a nearly 22-year career at Microsoft, she became the technology industry’s first Chief Online Safety Officer, helping shape how some of the world’s largest platforms respond to illegal content, online harm and the risks facing young people.

Today, as Global Head of Platform Safety at Snapchat, Jacqueline works at the centre of one of the most urgent challenges in technology: how to protect an entire generation growing up online without taking away their privacy, independence or voice.

Her work also extends to the WeProtect Global Alliance, where she represents the technology industry on its Policy Board, and in 2021 she was appointed an MBE for her work combating illegal and harmful content online.

On 24 September, Jacqueline comes to Happiness Camp with more than two decades of experience helping build the safeguards behind the digital world.

Because the challenge is no longer simply keeping young people online.

It is making sure they can grow up there safely.

This isn’t conference merch.

It’s what happens when the conversations behind Happiness Camp become things you can actually wear, carry, write with and bring into everyday life.

A reminder that burnout is not a badge of honour.
That messy growth is still growth.

That rest belongs in the plan.

And that questioning the way we work can start with something as small as what sits on your desk.

The Reset Collection was designed to live far beyond 24 September, turning the ideas behind Happiness Camp into messages, rituals and little reminders you can keep with you.

Because The Reset Collection isn’t just about what you wear. It’s about the messages, rituals and little reminders you choose to bring into everyday life.

And every piece carries a bigger purpose: 100% of the proceeds go towards Associação Happiness Camp, helping us continue our mission and keep Happiness Camp free and accessible to everyone.

Limited. Exclusive to 2026.

Wear it. Carry it. Question it. Reset.

A cup of coffee can be a small moment. But the way a brand shows up for people can mean much more.

That is why we’re proud to welcome Delta Cafés as an Event Partner of Happiness Camp 2026.

Founded in Campo Maior in 1961, Delta Cafés is one of Portugal’s most recognised family-owned brands, built on proximity, innovation and a strong commitment to people and communities.

For Happiness Camp, that connection feels especially meaningful.

Because the future of work is not only about technology, performance or growth. It is also about the human rituals, shared moments and sense of connection that shape how people experience their day.

With a long-standing focus on social responsibility and a more sustainable future, Delta Cafés brings that human perspective into everything it does.

We’re delighted to have Delta Cafés with us on 24 September.
