One of our challenges is to propose synergistic models between micro (individual) and macro (organizational/societal) phenomena, with which to break up boundaries within which we are confining ourselves. Put differently, we want to change the ways we see ourselves and give us space in which we are allowed to ponder about others and the world as well as ourselves.

Doesn't look very fine, but you'll be surprised to know that the picture was drawn on MS Paint only with the ordinary touch pad of HP Stream 11" and finger!!!
