What if one of the greatest gifts we can give our children is letting them see us fully alive?

Not just managing the logistics and getting through the week, lives devoted entirely to them and the needs of others.

What if they got to see us living a life we love!! Dancing, learning, creating. Laughing with friends, trying something new. Sitting around a table having conversations that fill us back up.

At KIND Family Gathering, children don’t get dropped off while the adults go and do their thing, they get to witness it.

They see their parents move, rest, connect, explore and remember who they are beyond the endless to-do list.

This is part of the magic here.

Not teaching our children how to live a good life but actually showing them 💚

We are thrilled to be welcoming 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 - father, TEDx speaker, and founder of 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸- as a spaceholder at KFG this summer

Human Work is about healing trauma where it’s actually stored: in the body, not just the mind. Jack created The Emotional Alchemy Method™, a framework for processing what’s been stuck, with safety and precision — and has spent 15 years helping people expand their emotional range, lead authentically, and break the cycles they inherited.

Jack grew up without a father. He learned early that love wasn’t safe, that connection meant pain, that he had to carry everything alone. Those patterns showed up everywhere – until he stopped trying to think his way through trauma and started feeling his way through it.

At KFG he’ll be leading 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, where you’ll move through real somatic tools for releasing what’s stuck, connecting without performance, and feeling what it’s like when vulnerability is met with presence instead of judgment. He’ll also be talking about the patterns we inherit from our families, and how to start breaking them, so our children get a different story.

This is for the parents doing it differently. The ones who know that healing isn’t just for them: it’s for everyone who comes after them.

Whilst we DO have an incredible program for this year’s festival that we’re super excited to start sharing with you all…

We want to let you know firstly, that Kind Family Gathering isn’t really a festival that asks you to be glued to a schedule to enjoy it. It’s so much more than that!

Some people join every workshop they can… Others spend half the day by the river.

Some check the program timings and plan their itinerary, to not miss out. Others leave their phones in their tent and just float through the day, seeing what magic catches their attention and where they end up 🤸🏼‍♀️

However you want to experience the gathering – it’s totally up to you, your rhythm, your family’s energy and what you need most.

Across the land, you’ll find enchanting spaces for kids, parents, creativity, rest, music, movement, a swim in the lake or a dip in the stream, nourishing food, shared moments and serendipitous encounters….

and more than anything… this magical space in the forest gives us the space to simply… BE. Together.

You don’t need to do everything.
Just arrive, get your feet on the earth, and let the days unfold exactly how they want to ✨

📣📣 We’re so excited to share this with you:

will be joining KIND Family Gathering this year! ❤️

Sprites is an 11 year old self taught handpan artist. She first picked up the instrument in March 2025. A few months later, her videos were being shared around the world and getting millions of views.

Her music is absolutely magical.
And the most incredible thing: she plays entirely by intuition. WOW!

Rise is a big fan, and we know a lot of families in this community are too. 🫶

Sprites is joining the gathering with her family, and will be sharing a little concert during Cycle I.

There’s a reason spaces like this are rare.  Not because families don’t want them.  It’s actually, the opposite.
 Every year we read applications from parents craving the same things:  more connection,  more community,  more support,  more spaces where family life feels a little less isolating and a lot more human.

That need is real.  
And it’s a big part of why KIND exists.  Because this isn’t only about putting on a festival.
It’s about creating the kind of space families are quietly longing for. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Meet Kim and Naomi: two souls who’ve been part of the Kind Family since the very beginning.

Together, they created HEARTH, a creative and sacred space rooted in ancestral practices, creative ritual and their shared belief that we, as human beings, are all born to create. This is how we can come home to ourselves, though the present moment of what is real and moving through us now.

HEARTH is a creative container at the heart of the festival, a space to gather and create magical moments. An invitation to work with hands and hearts and to tend your inner creative fire. 🔥🌿

They will offer spaces for all the family from 8 years and up - but also tend special workshops only for Women and Mothers .

So happy to have Naomi and Kim again this year!!

Presenting our facilitators & space holders ✨

Meet Alex Forrester — a musical alchemist who’s been crafting sonic landscapes for over a decade, weaving deep meditative soundscapes with uplifting rhythms inspired by nature and his travels around the world.

As a multi-instrumentalist who masters both improvisation and music technology, Alex knows how to hold space through sound in the most beautiful way.

His live looping guitars, percussion, and vocals will take us on a journey through forests, deserts, and cosmos, perfect for our time in the mountains together.
