Have you also noticed that AI is used in illustrations on the Internet more often these days?
There is an eerie air over these pictures, to my opinion. Something strange, which makes me feel uncomfortable. That may be subjective, but what I can’t help thinking about is how this will develop in the future? We build our perception of beauty from illustrations which are handmade or photos that takes us through another humans eyes. The same thing does the AI when it tries to create an image from someone’s prompts. It collects images from basically the whole database of the Internet. What will happen when humans more and more build their perception on these AI-generated pictures? In the end AI will build images from AI-generated pictures and not humans – and where will that end?

Like waves in our brain collapses into now.
A Now we share.

One day, your wave will break against the shore of Eternity,
And the echo of that wave – may reach someone elses Now tomorrow.
Try your best making it worth surfing on.

My latest painting: The Wine Glass. Oil on linen canvas. 32 X 44 cm.
This motive I've done before. The reason I wanted to give it a try again, is that it is a difficult and fun motive. Another reason was that I was tired after travelling and had too many ideas for my painting. So.... I figured I do this one in the meantime.

I would like to thank everyone that came to my exhibition last Saturday at The Galeria Café.
Thank you so much! Your presence nurtured my soul, I even danced!
One especial thanks to Vitar Estrelinha, the owner of Galeria Café, that has been the rock I needed to pull this through! Also a great THANK you to Nataliya Bolshakova, Maksym Bolshakov and Anastasiya Bolshakova!!! For all their help and support!

The sales of postcards to support the rehab-centre in Ourem for wounded Ukrainian soldiers was 115 euro that will be forwarded to the rehab-centre asap.
