Distante is a transmedia artist, born in Lisbon and based in Berlin.

His practice addresses the contemporary condition at the confluence of myth, Nature and technology. For over ten years, his methodology has relied on A/V data-collection pilgrimages in different parts of the globe. These captures are used to build a massive archive that is sampled and remixed to create new narratives.

Self-inquiry, curiosity and the drive to experience the world in first-person inform his intertwining of disciplines and techniques. Trained as an architect and painter, he has gravitated to liminal spaces between the two domains and towards the appropriation of architectural discourse and processes.

A personal understanding emerged of how computational technology, namely generative processes, can relate to spiritual practices and meditation. His work has moved towards the creation of spaces for contemplation and discussion in constant transformation.

He is currently an Arts and Media Meisterschüler at Universität der Künste Berlin, focusing on Generative / Computational Arts under Prof. Alberto de Campo.

Créme Bay navigates the liminal
space between dream and
distortion. Rooted in an evolving
practice of vocal layering,
ambient textures, and spectral
soundscapes, her work drifts
through themes of introspection,
disconnection, and
transformation.

With each piece, Créme Bay
invites the listener into a world
where emotion and atmosphere
become narrative.

Bruno De Marco (they/them) is a Berlin-based Luso-Brazilian artist, with a practice focused on issues regarding Latin-Futurisms and, more specifically, on the Poetics of Rendering — therefore, on the affective and aesthetic relationships within the translation of data into one another.
Born in Foz do Iguaçu (BR, 1995) and later brought up in Lisbon (PT, 2010), De Marco first studied Stage Design at António Arroio Art School (Lisbon, PT, 2015) before pursuing a BFA at the Upper School of Arts and Design (C. da Rainha, PT, 2018). Currently, they are an MA student and tutor at Weißensee Kunsthochschule ‘Spatial Strategies MA,’ under Professor Bonaventure Ndikung and Prof. Pauline Doutreluingne.
As it stands, their current research is centered around Sci-fi and World-Building. More specifically, on the development of a Post-Humanistic Lore, within which a near-futuristic society discusses the potential of their very apocalypse in the face of an all-seeing Atmospheric entity named Æther.
