Im happy to announce our November schedule for Narthaki Arts Academy Online Membership.

Im be offering the foundations of Ta**ra Yoga and Odissi Dance.

These two schools of Spiritual inquiry and embodiment have proven to be the grounding force for the recalibration and harmonization of the union of opposites.

We will balance the Lunar, Solar and Cosmic energies within with Pranayama, Asana, Meditation, Mudra and the Ritual Dance of Odissi.

I look forward to sharing these ancient sacred arts with you.

Greetings friends , Bom Dia!
Happy to share that I had a sweet feature in the Agenda Cultural de Lisboa where I share my commitment and passion for Persian Dance.

As you may know or not, my study of Persian Dance has been equally deep as my study of Odissi Dance and Fusion Bellydance.
I feel it to be imperative to keep Persian culture alive : song, music and dance : as their religious government forbids their people to live their artistry freely.
🙏🏻 Therefore, I´m seeking opportunities to perform Persian Dance in Portugal. Europe and around the world.

🙏🏻✨ Prayer and Ritual have been part of my life since I was a young woman but during the 13 years I lived in India as an artist , these personal practices took on an entire new dimension.

I learned that I can practice Prayer and Ritual through the body, not only by Raja Yoga but also Indian Ritual Dance & Art.

I’ve been practicing Ritual Embodiment Arts for over 20 years , not only using the Ancient Sacred Tools from the Far East but also the tools from our Ancient Western Traditions.

I have come to learn that there is so much inherent Power in practice and commitment to practice.

They truly unlock our Inner Magic .

These sacred tools have passed the test of time and truly are the most authentic Gateways to True Authentic Living and Expression.
