Hello!

Next Saturday (25th) we’ll be hosting a men’s day retreat in Palmela, Arrábida.

Just 30 mins south of Lisbon, it’ll be an opportunity to get out of the city and spend some time in the wilderness, resetting our nervous system’s through Breathwork and wild swimming, before coming together to commune and share a picnic lunch.

Tickets and more information can be found below, we hope to see you there!

ART CLUB '22
Drawing on our own experiences of working within the arts and creative wellbeing, we’ve curated an ongoing series of mini-projects and exercises designed to free participants from feeling creatively blocked or challenged, so that together we can rediscover the inner creative that we thought we'd lost, or never found.
Open to all, from practicing artists to occasional doodlers and complete novices. Come join us!

**Artist Spotlight**
Everyday to celebrate our week we are going to feature an artist that we are representing, so that you can enjoy their work as much as we do!

To kick this off we would like to introduce 's printmaking practice which mixes dreamscape and landscape to create unique pictorial worlds.
Since graduating from the Glasgow School of art in 2018, Georgia Green has been working as a printmaker, muralist and illustrator across Britain and Europe.
Her most recent risographs were inspired by the experience of isolating within Covid19. The prints on display feature domestic interiors that imaginatively collide figures with hyper-bright plant and bird motifs. She appears frequently within her own work, pictured in mirrors or daydreaming outside of a window, creating a new world for us to explore.

Georgia has exhibited in both Lisboa and in Norwich making her the perfect addition to our printmaking family, if local drop by to hear more or stay tuned to find out about the talent that is being exhibited.
