marry me chicken meatball soup 🍲✨for episode 2 of my fall chicken series! creamy, cozy and will absolutely be in my rotation all fall

Ingredients:
1lb ground chicken
1 tbsp dried oregano
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
oil for frying
1 celery stick, diced
1 onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 head of garlic, minced
1 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 box of chicken stock
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 handfuls of spinach, chopped
1 handful of fresh parsley finely chopped
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
seasonings: salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika
