É com muita pena e imensa frustração que vos comunicamos que o evento Bartô ao Sol | Foggy & Kurup teve de ser cancelado.
Depois de uma fase negra em que deixámos de poder estar juntos, em que os músicos, produtores, programadores, técnicos e tantos outros protagonistas da cultura foram postos de parte, ainda não é desta que vamos poder voltar à carga. Seremos impedidos de realizar o evento depois de uma fiscalização encomendada pelo "esquema milionário dos vistos gold" ameaçar multar o espaço anfitrião por falta de licencinhas e papéis supostamente obrigatórios para um evento com 50 pessoas, realizado à tarde e com todas as regras sanitárias a serem cumpridas.
A contribuição mínima paga por todos vocês destinava-se, unicamente, ao pagamento dos cachês dos artistas.
O Bartô ao Sol, em nome de todos os envolvidos, disponibiliza-se já – como não poderia deixar de ser – a devolver o valor dos bilhetes a todos os que contribuíram para pagar os cachês dos artistas de um evento que acabou por não acontecer.
Caso a devolução dos valores pagos não seja pedida, iremos distribuir o valor angariado de forma proporcional por todos os envolvidos na organização do evento, nomeadamente pelos artistas que iriam atuar e por quem o iria tornar uma realidade. Uma vez que iremos lançar, muito brevemente, uma campanha de crowdfunding para podermos reabrir o Bartô, parte significativa do valor angariado (caso exista) será também transferido para podermos voltar a estar juntos, o mais rápido possível, na cave mágica do Chapitô. Caso seja possível realizar o mesmo evento em breve os bilhetes pagos serão válidos para a possível data a designar.
Ao não pedirem a devolução estarão a apoiar as causas que defendemos e a ajudar-nos a seguir em frente.

It is with great regret and immense frustration that we inform you that the event Bartô ao Sol | Foggy & Kurup, had to be cancelled.
After a dark period in which we couldn't be together anymore, in which musicians, producers, programmers, technicians and many other protagonists of the cultural sector were put aside, we won't be able to come back yet. We will be prevented from holding the event after an inspection commissioned by the "golden visa millionaire scheme" threatens to fine the host venue for lack of licenses and papers supposedly mandatory for an event with 50 people, held in the afternoon and with all health rules to be met.
The minimum contribution paid by all of you was solely for the payment of the artists' fees.
Bartô ao Sol, on behalf of all those involved, is now available to refund the value of the tickets to all those who contributed to pay the artists' fees for an event that didn't take place.
If the return of the values paid is not requested, we will distribute the amount raised in a proportional way for all those involved in the organization of the event, namely for the artists who would perform and for those who would make it a reality. Since we will soon launch a crowdfunding campaign to reopen Bartô, a significant part of the amount raised (if any) will also be transferred so that we can be together again, as soon as possible, in the magical basement of Chapitô. If it is possible to hold the same event soon the paid tickets will be valid for the date to be designated.
By not asking for a refund you will be supporting the causes we defend and helping us to move forward.
