Party in Lisbon strictly (and shamelessly) dedicated to artists and legends of House Music. House Mouse is strictly (and shamelessly) dedicated to House Music.

We will bring some of the most renowned artists of the Underground House scene to the city to be seen and heard in different formats, from daytime outdoor weekenders to late night rave environments. The thing here is to dive deep into the music we love, to not take ourselves too seriously and to happily connect with the other fellow House Mice on the dancefloor. A good House Mouse loves to sneak inside warehouses and other types of underground cozy spaces, and to wander around in sunny outdoor areas. House Mice also crave proper sound systems to freely swim in and clearly absorb the different elements in the music. Another key feature of the project will be the set up. Some of the artists (and absolute legends) we will book have never played in Portugal, or have played a few times only in big venues and clubs. The goal here is to create an intimate experience slightly out of the clubbing limitations, and bring together a community of people who properly resonate with the vibes of togetherness and happiness, where music is the central factor. As House Mouse is the baby of Inner Balance Recordings and ELA, it’ll wrap up what mostly brings these 2 entities together: the love for Underground House Music. Why you don't want to miss Portable in Caparica on August 1st 🔎

Alan Abrahams grew out of the ruins of the post-apartheid era of South Africa, being part of the generation that would bring out the freedom of Nelson Mandela.

In 1997, he relocated to London and began recording as Portable, as a futuristic aesthetic live act.

Among many other successes, in 2008 he released his first single on the legendary Berlin label Perlon called “Knowone Can Take away“, and was listed as best of the week’s releases on Groove magazine.

Then, he moved to Lisbon and launched his alter ego project BODYCODE and signed to US, Detroit record label Ghostly International / Spectral.

His path with Perlon brought many successes and key releases. After moving to Berlin, in 2016, Portable signed to major record label !K7 .

Shortly after, in 2018, Portable moved to Paris and set up his new record label, Khoikhoi Records.

In 2022, he signed to French record label Circus Company and released a new album called “Augmented Dreams" (2023).

Nowadays he is a regular presence at Berghain / Panorama Bar, in Berlin.

Portable’s performing uniqueness, occasional complementary visual show, and strong artistic identity - highly inspired by his African roots, - are turning him into one of most exciting live formats in the music industry in 2026.

The House Mouse x House of Underground collab on Saturday August 1st will present Portable at Aura beach club, Portugal.

This Wednesday at .club 💣

Lisbon meets Brussels with:

▶️ Bass Toast /

Half Belgian, half Portuguese, Bass Toast is a feeling-turned vibration, steady on its rise. Selector and co-founder of Cosmic Breeze Records, his residency on Kiosk Radio has long been a favorite for discerning, soulful heads.

Grounded in house, broken beats, Latin rhythms and jazz, his music flows seamlessly across genres, vivid and unpredictable, yet always charged with a presence that is unmistakably his own. It’s this rare energy that has brought him to celebrated stages like Fuse Brussels, Doka Amsterdam and Djoon Paris, as well as prominent festivals including Horst, La Nature, Paradise City and Doel just to name a few.

▶️ Sara Wual / .wual

Co-founder of House Mouse, ELA, Female Pressure Portugal and TEMAS Records, Sara Wual plays live electronic music using samplers, synths and a Moog Theremin. Based between Lisbon and Brussels, she's played in contexts like Badaboum (Paris), Djoon (Paris), Moga Festival (Morocco), and a bit all over Portugal. Her live performance is made of 100% original works.
