OPEN CALL FOR ARTISTS & CURATORS |

Location:
Lisbon city center - between Bairro da Graça and Penha de França.

Transports and local shops at our door step. Several galleries and cultural spaces near by.

Dates:
> Open Call: May 30th
Late applications are subject to availability
> Confirmation: June 05th
> Residency Periods: from September 2026 to March 2027

The resident must select the complete months (4 weeks) in which he/she wishes to attend the residency, considering the following periods:

> SEPTEMBER: 07th to October 02nd
> OCTOBER: 06th to 31st
> NOVEMBER: 02nd to 27th
> DECEMBER: 30th of Nov to 11th of Dec (2weeks only)
> JANUARY: 04th to 29th
> FEBRUARY: 01st to 26th
> MARCH: 01st to 26th

*Applications for the curatorial program will be considered case by case

Accommodation:
DUPLEX does not provide accommodation. However, we will be happy to help you find one.

Cost:

650 € per month (December 50%)
+ 50€ maintenance fee (single payment)
+ 150 € per month - Duo Fee (fee for Duos of artists or curators with a history of working in partnership)

Application:
- Portfolio (up to 15 pages)
- CV
- Brief project (1 page)
- Indication of the intended months for the residency
