Conscious Tango is the art of moving together as one being to gain insight into the universal feminine and masculine. It's a dialogue between two people; the masculine leads with understanding, the feminine follows with beautiful answers. By finding unity, a profound path towards insight emerges. By learning to guide from the heart and moving from the ground, a loving sensuality awakens and creates an alignment from which you move together.

Deeply touched by the beauty & intensity of this tango & tango dancers 💖

Their connection, musicality, elegance, subtlety....😍

What a wonderful joy to see this talented young dancer Gianpiero Galdi develop over the years into such an amazing and matured tango dancer 🕺
And Lorena is just pure beauty, sensuality & elegance 💃

It makes me miss those magical blissful tango dances so much
But I am happy I can share these experiences and pass them on to new tango dancers soon again ✨

What a joy to be back in the studio after 2 months and to be able to share my passion again😍
For me the magic of Argentine tango is the heart-to-heart connection 💞
And it touches me every time when I can guide couples into their first ‘tango bliss’ experience 💃🕺
Last night I was booked by a lovely Italian couple for a ‘tangofor2 arrangement’, welcoming them with a glass of prosecco, explaining them the culture of Argentine tango, its history, music and dance, complemented with audio and video’s, followed up with an hour tango introduction class.

This was all very well possible (with 1,5m distance between me&them) in the big, 50m2 studio, so if you wish to experience this with your partner, or surprise him/her with a romantic date night out, you are very welcome to contact me ❤️🥂

Our Story

Tangostudio is de dansschool voor Argentijnse tango in Amsterdam geleid door Danielle Riegel. Wij bieden (privé)lessen, cursussen, bootcamps, workshops en optredens aan voor iedereen die geinteresseerd is in de Argentijnse tango. Daarnaast organiseren we regelmatig prácticas, tangosalons en tangovakanties. De Argentijnse tango is een geïmproviseerde dans die voor iedereen – jong en oud – te leren is, ook als je nog nooit een stap op een dansvloer hebt gezet. De dans is creatief, elegant en sensueel, maar ook speels en leuk. Omdat de dans gebaseerd is op improvisatie ga je met je partner op zoek naar verbinding, met elkaar, met jezelf en met de muziek. Leer met zelfvertrouwen en overtuiging te leiden of volgen, je over te geven aan de muziek en te ontspannen in de omarming van je (dans)partner.
