Another beginning… The opening of my studio.

After months of work, doing almost everything by myself, it’s finally open again.

I became the girl who watched tutorials at 1am to learn how to paint walls, the girl who went to Leroy Merlin every single day because I kept realising I needed one more thing, the girl my family thought was a little crazy… but I still did it.

I’m really thankful for all my friends and family who supported me and helped me create this moment. This private opening felt so special. I’m so grateful for this life, for doing what I love, for sharing my art with the world, and for receiving so much love back from my collectors and friends.

And this moment deserved the best celebration! So, came in with the best energy and the perfect wine and made everything unforgettable. Surrounded by amazing people… this is how life should feel.

Thank you for this beautiful beginning.
More events soon, open to everyone. Stay tuned 🤎🏃‍♀️

Seeing my work on Alberto Sampaio Museum felt unreal!
“Apenas Ser” was a group exhibition where I presented new pieces, created outdoors in places where I felt a strong connection with nature and with my inner world.
Showing these works in a space surrounded by nature made everything feel aligned and right 🤎

Thank you and for the invitation!

It took me a while to believe this was really happening!

I wasn’t sure if everything would come together, but somehow it did, right in time for “Apenas Ser” at Museu Alberto Sampaio.

For this exhibition I created 5 new artworks (that had already been stored on my drive for some time), all self-portraits and all connected to nature. In this series of videos I’m sharing a bit of the behind-the-scenes: the tests, the framing, the small details and the rush of finishing just on time (and honestly, what could feel more Portuguese and artistic than that?)

I’m very happy to share this space with , whose work I admire deeply.

Together with we developed a frame dedicated to my acrylic layered pieces, something I still can’t quite believe we managed to finish in time. I also tried printing on canvas for the first time and fell in love with its texture!!

A heartfelt thank you to him for all the patience with the framing, to and especially for the incredible prints (and for listening through all my tests until I knew what direction to take), and to and for the invitation to exhibit at

This post is just a tip of the iceberg of the BTS I recorded. Would you like to see more of the process?
Tell me in the comments which part you’d liked the most. ✨

This year didn’t start easy.
Everything felt like a mess, and most of it was happening behind the scenes.
But I couldn’t wait any longer to open up and start sharing.

1. One of the first things I did was challenge myself to photograph every day for 25 days, including self-portraits.
It became one of the most joyful experiences I’ve had in a long time.
This project made me look at the world differently. I started paying attention to the small, quiet details around me, and within me.
During those 25 days, I traveled across Portugal, documenting the little things that often go unnoticed, and translating inner emotions into self-portraits.

2. Then came the studio.
Something I’d been meaning to tackle for a long time. I knew I needed a change, a big one.
So I rolled up my sleeves and renovated the whole space.
I even gave new life to old furniture, hunted down secondhand pieces, and slowly turned the space into something that finally felt like mine. It was messy, fun, and exactly what I needed.

3. After finishing the 25-day project, I decided to let it rest for a while.
Instead, I shifted my focus to revisiting photographs I’d stored away years ago.
Some I re-edited. Some I saw in a completely new way.
It’s been exciting to reconnect with these older images, to see how I was seeing the world back then, and how differently I see it now.

More than anything, this year has taught me to surrender to the process.
To trust myself. To trust my work.
To take the next step even when things aren’t perfect, because waiting for perfection only delays the magic.

2025 started off confused.
Honestly, most of the year has been like that.
But now I can feel the pieces coming together.
And I’m finally ready to share the story with you.

Everything can change in the printing process.
Last year I took this photo in Alentejo, and this year I brought it to life in a whole new way.
I’ve printed on acrylic before, but not like this. This time I layered the acrylic to create a subtle 3D effect, letting the image hold motion and depth in a way I hadn’t seen before.
Seeing it framed in gold leaf and come alive like this was one of the most exciting experiences I’ve had as an artist.
