2 days to go!!

As we prepare for Saturday’s concert, we’ve been spending a little extra time together this week doing what we love: singing, learning, laughing and making music.

Thank you Luiza for keeping us on point!

A special thank you to Dani for the incredible care, creativity, encouragement and countless hours she pours into our social media and choir community every single week. We appreciate you more than you know.

Thank you, Jaanika, for sharing your story. To keep singing after being told you couldn’t, and to have the courage to join a new choir, is such a brave thing to do. We are so blessed to have you. Our Choir wouldn’t be the same without you!!!

As we’re officially just one week away from our concert, we’re adding an extra rehearsal in addition to our usual Monday and Wednesday practices. Our goal is to step onto that stage as the very best version of ourselves and give the strongest performance we can.

That said, even if we didn’t have a concert coming up, we’d probably find an excuse to meet one more time anyway, just to spend time together, share some laughs, and enjoy each other’s company. This quote felt especially fitting for that reason. :)

Anja was very nervous before joining the choir but soon felt super comfortable and has now blossomed into a confident singer, taking either alto or soprano voice, wherever she is needed.

Our sister choir, Lagos Canta, rehearses on Wednesdays at 5:30pm in Lagos.
