Some clients just stay with you. This couple came to the Algarve on holiday and we ended up doing two sessions together — beach at sunset, then studio the next day. Two completely different moods, same incredible energy. This is honestly one of my favourite things about what I do: the people I get to meet along the way.

Yogurt, granola, blueberries, honey. Simple things done well — that’s all a good breakfast needs. 🫐🍯

Spent all morning on this shot. By the time I finally got the arrangement right, everything looked completely dried out — so I made a fresh one, worked fast, and got the shot before it could escape me again. Needless to say, it went straight from the plate to my mouth. 🍳

We had 30 minutes, strong wind, almost no prep, and the stairs were facing the wrong way to the sun.
Still, with a great lighting assistant and Kely being just amazing, we made it work.

I walk past this building often.
When I first moved here, I thought it was a swimming pool.

It took me a while, but I think I’ve grown to like it.

Light study.

Same onions. Same setup.
Just different light.

1 — hard light
2 — soft light

Curious which one you prefer.

(And yes… the experiment ended when I accidentally dropped a softbox on the set and the whole onion scene collapsed.)

The first image holds the recognition: 3rd place in the sport category.
The second shows the focus behind it. Two parts of the same story. Thank you for the opportunity and good luck with your marathon!

Sharing a little holiday spirit from our recent nursery shoot.
School photoshoots don’t have to be plain—they can be something really special, like this one.
