عندما تُقاوم الذاكرة
ليست الذاكرة هنا أرشيفًا للماضي، بل ممارسةً لمقاومة المحو. تجمع هذه الأعمال صورًا وأصواتًا ومقاطع فيديو وأعمالًا نحتية تحفظ أثر الحياة كما عاشها أصحابها، وتمنح الخبرات الفردية والجماعية مساحة للبقاء. في غزة، تصبح الذاكرة فعلًا ثقافيًا وأخلاقيًا، يُبقي المكان حاضرًا، ويصون الحكايات من الغياب.

When Memory Resists
“Memory here is not a passive archive of the past, but an active practice of resisting erasure. Through an intersection of photographs, sounds, moving images, and tactile sculptures, these works safeguard the living imprints of existence as experienced by those who lived it—offering both individual and collective experiences a sanctuary to endure.
In Gaza, memory transforms into a profound cultural and ethical act; it sustains the presence of the landscape and shields its stories from the shadows of absence.”
