we would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and hope that the new year will bring lot of good to you and your families.
it got to our attention that some of the parcels for Christmas have been not delivered yet.
we are doing all we can to push the shipping company to make deliveries as fast as possible, but the customs services are not helping us much in this mission, they are overloaded with tons of parcels which came to them and ours between them. we are crossing fingers so all of you would receive the parcels before christmas.
we know that shipping time is taking more than the promised shipping time, but as you see we are doing all we can with the authorities to make sure you receive parcels on time.
