باور، مجموعة شبابية مستقلة تأسست عام 2012 ، تهتم بمجال الإنتاج الإعلامي والفني، تهدف إلى خلق مساحة من الإبداع، وتوفير فرص عمل للشباب، وتعزيز قدراتهم بعيداً عن بعض الشركات والمؤسسات التي تستنفذ طاقات الشباب، اتخذت مدينة بيت لحم – بيت جالا مقر لها، تضم ثلاث اقسام: راديو باور، باور برودكشنز، باور هيلب.
