Start by the sea, on the beaches of Isla Verde and Culebra. Then the road climbs into El Yunque, where mist hangs over the waterfalls and the coquí sings at dusk. In Old San Juan, the sun sets behind five centuries of stone. In the mountains, Cueva Ventana opens onto a valley of green. And when night falls, the bays begin to glow.
