JC RIVERA 'RAW' at SPOT - OCTOBER 3

We are pleased to share with you that JC is working in the residency on ‘RAW’, a series of artworks for his solo expo at SPOT.

With RAW, JC explores themes and emotions of life stateside and Puerto Rico with an edgy and aggressive form of ink, paint, and color. The result is a gritty interpretation and deconstruction of today's top street art with JCs familiar imagery in an unfamiliar manner.

Come celebrate with us on OCTOBER 3 after 7PM for an evening of art, beverage, bites, and tunes…like we do.

We will also continue our artist and friends portrait series on .visit

Our elegel elegel page will mirror those as well as have the odd original and related content mostly so Mom and a couple others can keep up.

APRIL 2024

We’re excited to announce our upcoming exposition in the Gallery at SPOT.

BACON X HIERO  featuring all new works by the two well known urban/contemporary artists.

These special artists with their roots firmly in GRAF and WALL WORK have been collaborating for years and are now working together to produce their gallery expo here in PUERTO RICO.

Known for their large-scale floral, portrait, and psychedelic hyper-realistic pieces, they will definitely fill the gallery with their art and vision.

Of course we’ll celebrate in our usual style of art music, performance, and beverage. 

The gallery event will be followed by the next episode of in its 5th incarnation. This event will feature BACON and HIERO along with a stacked lineup of local and international writers.

PR, Illinois, Florida... these two hyper-aware artists battle the forces of TODAY because it's their nature. PSEUDO with his roots in urban/contemporary and definitely TRÓPICO, and VÉLEZ cleverly with his activist contemporary bring a passion and message to their work, worth absorbing. If you know me, you know I'm both influenced and inspired by writers. You might also know my thoughts on 'style/frequency/spots'. You might also know how I grew up in that and how I watched while artists in the street made it big. I'll always try to pay respect. It's not easy. You're not easy.

BETER gets up. I haven't been moving around the country in a bit but I see him up everyday, across the metro and on the way to the east side. These pics are from pandemic '21 and he's still getting spots so it's a respectable run. Keep doing it. SPOTS/FREQUENCY/STYLE.
