Arecibo Lighthouse and Historial Park consiste en un parque pasivo temático cultural en los predios del Faro "Punta Morrillos" de Arecibo. Es un concepto único e innovador el cual, entre otras, contiene cinco representaciones culturales en las cercanías de este monumento histórico que opera como museo y parque. Éstas transportan a nuestro visitantes a través de acontecimientos históricos y cultur
ales desde 1493, en épocas de la Conquista Española, hasta el 1898, fecha en que se fundó el Faro de Arecibo y ocurre la guerra Hispanoamericana. En el restaurado Faro Punta Morrillos podrían visitar su interior y observar artefactos marinos originales; así como podrían apreciar desde los tablados una impresionante vista del Océano Atlántico en donde se han avistado las muy queridas ballenas en su temporada de apareamiento.

The Arecibo Lighthouse and Historical Park is a cultural theme park located in the surrounding area of the Punta Morrillos Lighthouse AKA Arecibo Lighthouse. It has an innovative and unique concept that includes among other things five cultural representations of the Puerto Rico's history, which transports all of our visitors through historical and cultural events from the Spanish Conquest of 1493 to the 1898 when this lighthouse was built and the Spanish-American war occurred. In the restored Punta Morrillos lighthouse, you will find original marine artifacts, and from the deck a breathtaking view of the Arecibo Town and the Atlantic Ocean, and if are lucky, whale watching while in season.
