Today's men's circle was absolutely fantastic! Jarek always creates a space where I feel comfortable enough to explore my thoughts and feelings. It feels empowering talking amongst conscious men about challenges, about goals... all with the feeling of support through a unwritten pact of brotherhood.

During the session we explored individual challenges, as well as topics related to our ancestors and more specifically our fathers. Where for me some of these topics are sometimes associated with pain and resentment toward the past, the conversation that night left me with deep feeling of gratitude and love.

Jarek is fantastic guide and the structure that is kept throughout the meeting feels natural and productive. These meetings always fill me up with positive insights and new perspectives about things in my life which otherwise feel very different when I only think about them in my head.

Gathering and speaking amongst men for me has this amazing power of healing and i am so thankful that these types of gatherings exist. Men supporting men, breaking the dogma of every man for himself. Let's keep this up!! Yeah!!💪

The note after our gathering. The men's circle I was part of this week was an inspiring gathering. I felt as though it was a comfortable space where I could openly speak my thoughts about my life, my dreams, my goals, and easily process my own conclusions about how to achieve them. What I really appreciated was being able to express my dreams to people who were willing, ready, and open to hearing about them without judgement. This made them feel more realistic and appreciated, and gave me more confidence to go after them. What really caught my attention was when speaking aloud about what is holding me back, it made my restrictions feel smaller and like I am more capable of conquring them. This was a deeply transforming experience, as it helped to build my own confidence and offered me the ability to gain new insights and perspectives.

• To practice 👷‍♂️and improve 💪skills to be different in relationships: with women, a partner, children, parents, with friends, at work etc.
