You have to try this Bambalouni recipe for a crispy and easy result !

- Mix the yeast and the luke-warm water
- Add gradually the flour to the water yeast mixture
- Knead by adding air to the dough
- Wait for the dough to rest for ~ 40 min
- Shape it using vegetable oil and throw it in hot oil
- Coat it with sugar and ENJOY 🤤

Sidi Bou Said, founded in the 12th century, carries a profound spiritual legacy. It is believed that over 350 saints, from its founding saint Sidi Bou Said el Beji to the last one in 1928, Sidi Azizi El Maghribi, are buried within its sacred grounds.
