Cześć! Po rocznej przerwie wracamy z nowym wykładem! Tym razem zaprosiliśmy aż 3 gości (!) do Otwartej Pracowni Jazdów. Oprócz wykładu Martena de Jonga z de Architekten Cie., będziemy mieli okazję wziąć udział w debacie na temat Architektury Cyrkularnej. Zapraszamy do krótkiej lektury o cyrkularności oczami Cie.!
Gdyby de Architekten Cie. decydowało, każdy budynek byłby projektowany z myślą o cyrkularności. Dla nich to nie tylko chwilowy trend – to coś co powinno stać się fundamentem każdego projektu. Po 75 latach pracy i uczenia się na własnych realizacjach, zdobyli głębokie zrozumienie projektowania cyrkularnego, które poskutkowało stworzeniem całego teamu Wiedzy o Cyrkularności. Zespół ten dzieli się swoimi doświadczeniami i pomaga innym w zrównoważonym budownictwie. Cie. cyrkularność traktuje jako misję, którą pragnie szerzyć. Dlatego na przykład spisali to, czego się nauczyli, w książce Lessons in Circularity i stworzyli praktyczną checklistę, która ma pomagać innym wdrażać zasady cyrkularności w swoich projektach.
Jednym z ich najważniejszych osiągnięć jest pawilon Circl w Holandii – pierwsza w pełni zrealizowana cyrkularna budowla w kraju. Zbudowany z materiałów z odzysku i zaprojektowany z myślą o przyszłej adaptacji, jest żywym przykładem tego, jak może wyglądać zrównoważone i cyrkularne projektowanie. Hello! After about a year-long break, we're back with a new lecture! This time, we've invited 3 guests (!) to the Open Studio Jazdów, in addition to the lecture by Marten de Jong from de Architekten Cie., we'll have the opportunity to participate in a debate about Circular Architecture. So, we invite you to a short reading about circularity through the eyes of Cie.
If it were up to de Architekten Cie., every building would be designed with circularity in mind. For them, it’s not just a trend—it’s what they believe should be at the core of every project. After 75 years of learning through their own work, they've developed a deep understanding of circular design, which led to the creation of their own Circularity Knowledge Team. This team is dedicated to sharing insights and guiding others in sustainable construction. They see circular building as a mission they want to spread. In fact, they've written down what they’ve learned in their Lessons in Circularity book and created a super handy checklist to help others take small steps toward incorporating circularity into their own designs.
One of their proudest moments? The Circl pavilion in the Netherlands, the country’s first fully realized circular building. Built with repurposed materials and designed for future adaptability, it’s a living example of what sustainable, circular design can look like. Even the lifts and lighting are leased, ensuring they can be reused later—proving that circularity can be part of every stage of a building’s life.
Through their projects and insights, de Architekten Cie. wants to inspire you to make circularity the norm. Their goal is to help familiarize us with this still unfamiliar process, so that we can all contribute to a more sustainable future.
