Today is Marcin’s Birthday 🥳
The man who makes sure everything is the right size, perfectly level and… simply fits.
You may not see him here very often, but his hands are behind almost every tapestry we make 〰️ building the wooden frames and making sure every piece is finished just right.

Marcin, wishing you all the good things, plenty of peace, great ideas and endless satisfaction from making things with your own hands.

A little celebration in the workshop today. It’s Nikola’s birthday! 💛
Nikola is one of our weavers, and so much of what you see here passes through her hands. New ideas, colors, patterns, and that genuine joy of creating that you can feel in the finished pieces. Right now she is working with her arm in a cast, and somehow still shows up every day with a smile. That says a lot about how much she loves this craft 💁‍♀️
Days like this remind us why we love doing this together. Nikola, thank you for your warmth, your ideas and your smile. All the best from all of us!

A broken wrist on your dominant hand 💁‍♀️

Good thing the sense of humour is still intact, so for now I’ve been promoted to chief motivator, verbal support and coffee maker for the rest of the team. ☕️
