During production, we carefully roll the balloon neck, because of:

a. EU Regulation No. 2024/BALL-117 requires all balloons to have a reinforced rim to ensure uniform opening and inflation behaviour across the European market 🏛️
b. The rim strengthens the opening, giving the balloon stability for easy and safe inflation 💪🎈
c. It’s basically a spa treatment - The balloons get a little “neck roll” massage so they stay relaxed and ready to party 😁🎈😎
