🤎 Ceremonia kakao 🤎
W rdzennych plemionach Meksyku to święty rytuał związany z duchowym oczyszczeniem, uzdrawianiem i połączeniem z energiami natury oraz przodkami. Kakao było uważane za dar od bogów, a jego spożywanie miało głęboki wymiar rytualny i symboliczny. To piękne spotkanie i połączenie z boskością. Dla Majów i Azteków był to święty napój podarowany ludziom przez Boga Quetzalcoatla. Spożywano je, by otworzyć serce i umysł na duchowe przesłania. Kakao dostarcza energii w swojej delikatności, łagodności i harmonii. Wierzono, że pomaga uwolnić emocje i uzdrowić duszę. Często było ofiarowywane na znak wdzięczności bogom zwłaszcza w kontekście obfitości, miłości i płodności. Podczas tego rytuału będziemy łączyć się z naszym espiritu i sercem - otwierać je, oczyszczać, transformować i aktywować boskość w sobie. Wypijane w uważności, świadomym oddechu i z zamkniętymi oczyma pozwoli nam wejść w stan medytacji podczas którego prowadzący będą oczyszczać nasze ciała i energię meksykańskimi instrumentami pierwotnymi, jak np. karakol, bęben czy grzechotki oraz kopalem i piórami, by wesprzeć proces transformacji i oczyszczania naszych serc, by zaintencjonować to co dla nas ważne w życiu, w czystości. Podczas Ceremonii będziemy mogli celebrować dar życia tańcząc, śpiewając bądź grając na różnych instrumentach.
Ceremonię poprowadzą wspólnie Tlatoanitsin, Caballo i Aleksandra Lamat Wołodko, łącząc wiedzę i tradycje rdzennych kultur Meksyku z pracą poprzez dźwięk, głos, ruch i uważną obecność.

🤎 Cacao Ceremony 🤎
In the Indigenous tribes of Mexico, this is a sacred ritual connected to spiritual cleansing, healing, and communion with the energies of nature and the ancestors. Cacao was considered a gift from the gods, and its consumption held deep ritual and symbolic meaning - a beautiful meeting and connection with the divine. For the Maya and the Aztecs, it was a sacred drink bestowed upon humanity by the god Quetzalcoatl. It was consumed to open the heart and mind to spiritual messages. Cacao offers energy through its gentleness, softness, and harmony, and was believed to help release emotions and heal the soul. It was often offered in gratitude to the gods, especially in the context of abundance, love, and fertility. During this ritual, we will connect with our espíritu and our heart - opening, cleansing, transforming, and activating the divinity within. Drunk with mindfulness, conscious breathing, and closed eyes, cacao will guide us into a meditative state, during which the facilitators will cleanse our bodies and energy with traditional Mexican ancestral instruments, such as the caracol (conch shell), drum, rattles, as well as copal incense and feathers, supporting the process of transformation and purification of our hearts, and allowing us to set pure intentions for what truly matters in our lives. During the ceremony, we will also celebrate the gift of life - through dance, song, or playing various instruments.
The ceremony will be guided by Tlatoanitsin, Caballo and Aleksandra Lamat Wołodko, bringing together the knowledge and traditions of Indigenous Mexican cultures with practices rooted in sound, voice, movement and mindful presence.
