🇬🇧We design large, modern buildings in the modern STODOŁA style, with a usable area of ​​300-500 m². We have extensive experience in designing exceptionally modern residential buildings in diverse and often visually stunning locations. The presented project is a 3-story residential building designed in the city center. The shelter is located on level -1. Level "0" features the entrance hall, a spacious living area with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a reception hall with a 6-meter-high hall and a mezzanine with extensive glazing. Level +1 features three independent bedrooms with their own bathrooms and walk-in closets, along with a terrace. The entire designed building, with a total area of ​​approximately 300 m², includes an underground shelter, which uniquely highlights the formal, legal, and technical challenges and possibilities of the buildings designed by our studio.

🇵🇱Zajmujemy się projektowaniem dużych nowoczesnych budynków w stylu nwoczesnej nnowoczesna STODOŁApowierzchni użytkowej 300-500 m2, posiadamy bogate doświadczenie w projektowaniu wyjątkowo nowoczesnych obiektów mieszkalnych o różnych i często niesamowitych wizualnie lokalizacjach. Zaprezentowany projekt to 3-kondygnacyjny obiekt mieszkalny zaprojektowany w centrum miasta, na poziomie -1 zaprojektowano schron, na poziomie "0" zaprojektowano strefe holu wejsciowego obszerną strefę dzienną pokoju dziennego, jadalni, kuchni, hollu reprezentacyjnego wraz z wysokiem 6m holem i antresolą z dużymi przeszkleniami . Na poziomie +1 znajdują sie 3 niezależne sypialnie z własną łazienką i garderobą wraz tarasem. Cały zaprojektowany obiekt o powierzchni całkowitej ok. 300m2 wraz z podziemnym schronem, co wyjątkowo podkreśla problematykę i możliwości formalno-prawne oraz techniczne projektowanych przez naszą pracownie budynków.

🇵🇱Stan zerowy (tzw. poziom zero) to początkowy etap budowy domu, który obejmuje prace doprowadzające budynek do poziomu zerowego – czyli do poziomu płyty (podłogi) parteru. Zakończenie tego etapu oznacza, że dom jest przygotowany do dalszego wznoszenia ścian naziemnych.
A co wchodzi w skład stanu zerowego?
Prace geodezyjne: wytyczenie budynku przez geodetę i wyznaczenie tzw. reperu (punktu zerowego).
Roboty ziemne: usunięcie humusu (wierzchniej warstwy ziemi) oraz wykonanie wykopów pod fundamenty.
Fundamenty: wykonanie ław, stóp lub płyty fundamentowej wraz ze zbrojeniem i wylaniem betonu.
Ściany fundamentowe: wymurowanie ścian fundamentowych (lub piwnicznych, jeśli dom jest podpiwniczony).
Izolacje: ułożenie hydroizolacji (przeciwwilgociowej) oraz termoizolacji fundamentów.Instalacje: doprowadzenie przyłączy (wodno-kanalizacyjnych) pod przyszłą posadzkę parteru.
Zasypka i podkład: zasypanie wykopów, zagęszczenie gruntu oraz wylanie chudego betonu (tzw. podkładu pod posadzkę na gruncie).

Po wykonaniu tych prac budowlanych następuje kolejny krok – budowa ścian parteru, czyli wejście w tzw. stan surowy otwarty.

🇬🇧The ground level (also known as the ground floor) is the initial stage of house construction, which includes work to bring the building to ground level – that is, to the ground floor slab (floor). Completion of this stage means the house is ready for further construction of the above-ground walls.
What does the ground level include?
Surveying: a surveyor stakes out the building and establishes a benchmark (ground zero point).
Earthworks: removing topsoil (topsoil) and excavating for the foundations.
Foundations: constructing footings, bases, or a foundation slab, along with reinforcement and pouring concrete.
Foundation walls: constructing the foundation walls (or basement walls, if the house has a basement).
Insulation: Installing waterproofing (damp-proofing) and thermal insulation for the foundations. Installations: Installing connections (water and sewage) for the future ground floor.
Backfill and subfloor: Backfilling the trenches, compacting the soil, and pouring lean concrete (so-called subfloor for the ground floor).

After completing these construction works, the next step is the construction of the ground floor walls, entering the open-shell stage.

🇺🇸Our company also designs exceptionally large, modern residences with a usable area of ​​700+ m². We have extensive experience in designing exceptionally modern residential buildings in diverse and often visually stunning locations. The presented project is a three-story residential building designed on a vast 3-hectare property. Level -1 features a garage for six cars, a spa area, wine storage rooms, a spacious recreation room with billiards, a whirlpool bath, and a utility room and boiler room. Level "0" features an entrance hall with a hidden wardrobe and access to level -1, a spacious living area consisting of a living room, dining room, kitchen, a reception hall with a 7-meter-high freestanding fireplace, approximately 105 m² in size, guest rooms with bathrooms, laundry rooms, and a shared bathroom. Level +1 features a master bedroom with its own bathroom and wardrobe, a mezzanine, and a terrace area. The entire designed facility, with an incredible total area of ​​approximately 770 m2, is located in a NATURA 2000 area, which particularly highlights the formal, legal and technical issues and possibilities of the buildings designed by our studio.

This project involves the complete renovation, expansion, and addition of an existing building in a hilly area with a fascinating panorama of the surrounding green spaces. The building has a total area of ​​approximately 450 m², is three-story, and includes a full basement. The renovation required the removal of the roof and roof truss, modifications to the structural walls and partitions, and the construction of a new section that will house a spacious living area with a terrace and mezzanine. The first floor features functional bedrooms, a dressing room, and a bathroom.
The building is designed in a modern style with elements of large glazing, arcades, and covered terraces. Construction is already underway; we will be sharing a construction report soon.

🇵🇱Projektujemy budynki w różnych stylach architektonicznych i specyficznych lokalizacji danej inwestycji, tutaj projekt totalnej przebudowy, rozbudowy i nadbudowy istniejącego budynku w terenie pagórkowatym z ciekawą panoramą okolicznych terenów zielonych , obiekt o powierzchni całkowitej ok.450m2 , 3-kondygnacyjny, z pełnym podpiwniczeniem. Przebudowa wymagała demontażu połaci i wieźby dachowej , modyfikacji ścian konstrukcyjnych, ścian działowych, dobudowy nowej części w którym będzie zlokalizowana obszerna część dzienna z tarasem i antresolą. Na piętrze zaprojektowane funkcjonalne sypialnie , garderobę i pom. sanitarne.

Obiekt zaprojektowano w stylu nowoczesnym z elementami dużych przeszkleń, podcieni i zadaszonych tarasów. Obiekt jest już w trakcie budowy, w niedalekim czasie pokazemy relację z budowy.
