KFF Sales KFF Sales offers distribution Polish films (docs, shorts & animation) - festivals, TV, platforms, theatrical

KFF Sales & Promotion is a new branch of the Krakow Film Foundation, so far devoted to the festival promotion of Polish films under the brands of Polish Docs, Polish Shorts and Polish Animations. Starting in 2016, film promotion is also accompanied by sales, which seems to be a natural development of the Foundation’s former activities.

🌟 Great news from Switzerland! "Silver" has just won Special Jury Prize at 57th FIFALP - FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL DU FILM ALPIN DES DIABLERETS! 🌟

The jury’s statement explaining the verdict reads as follows: “Rarely has a film so perfectly embodied the ‘special’ nature of the Special Jury Prize. A sensory and immersive work, set against a familiar backdrop, yet filmed in a way never seen before. All presented with great restraint. A visual feast.”

🇯🇵 "The Tuners" is coming to Japan once again! 🇯🇵

Paweł Chorzępa's short documentary is selected to the SAPPORO SHORT FEST. The film will be presented in the International Competition. The festival will be held from 23 to 25 of October.

🌟 “INGA” BY KRZYSZTOF KOPCZYŃSKI RECEIVES A SPECIAL MENTION IN BULGARIA! 🌟

The short documentary "Inga", directed by Krzysztof Kopczyński, received a Special Mention at The Rhodope International Documentary Film Fest in Bulgaria. Held in the mountain town of Smolyan, the festival presents documentary cinema that responds to contemporary realities and creates a meeting space for filmmakers and international audiences.

We are so happy to announce that Korean premiere of "Silver" by Natalia Koniarz will be held at 울산울주세계산악영화제 Ulsan Ulju Mountain Film Festival!

The film will be presented there in the International Competition.

🌟 🌟Short doc "Hidden" by Monika Kotecka won 2 awards in Palermo! 🌟🌟

International Jury of the 21st Sole Luna Festival has decided to award your film a Special Mention for Best Direction. In addition, the High School Students Jury has also awarded your film a Special Mention.

International Jury statement:
'Hidden manages to portray the inner realities with haptic, corporeal, and sensory images and sound—emotions that are often undermined yet persistent, compiling multiple experiences as a singular, poignant, collective experience for the viewer".

Film is produced by Marta Szymanowska. It's world premiere was at Thessaloniki Documentary Festival and lately it was screened at 66th Krakow Film Festival

The film is slected to 57th FIFALP - FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL DU FILM ALPIN DES DIABLERETS! it will be presented in the World Culture section.
FIFALP will be held from July 25 till August 1.

🌟 Paweł Łoziński invited to join The Academy of Motion Picture Art and Science! 🌟

Five Polish filmmakers and film professionals have received invitations to join the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the organization behind the Oscars. Among the 529 film industry representatives from around the world invited this year is Paweł Łoziński, who has been invited to join the Academy’s Documentary Branch.

This is a significant distinction for one of Poland’s most compelling documentary filmmakers. For years, Łoziński’s work has focused on people, their everyday lives, relationships and seemingly minor experiences that, in fact, reveal broader social and emotional dimensions of reality. His invitation to join the Academy reflects international recognition of his body of work and of the important place Polish documentary cinema holds on the global stage.

Paweł Łoziński is the director of acclaimed documentary films that have been screened and won awards around the world, including "Birthplace", "Sisters", "The Way It Is" "Father and Son", "Chemo", "You Have No Idea How Much I Love You” and “The Balcony Movie”.

Łoziński is joined by costume designer Katarzyna Lewińska, composer Hania Rani, animation filmmaker Andrzej Radka, and Maciek Szczerbowski, who has been invited to join both the Animation and Short Films branches.
