On 27 and 28 December, Johannes Stötter will be showing his body painting art for the 5th time in a show at the Theatre of Sterzing/Vipiteno, this time together with 2 guest artists, the body painters Marian Folga from Poland and Vilija Vitkuté from Sweden. An international and multidisciplinary art event in which the audience can experience not only different body art styles (UV effects, special effects, camouflage, illusion art), but also the integration of other art disciplines such as dance, acrobatics and film.
The artists
Vilija Vitkuté (Lithuania/Sweden) is a bodypainting artist who combines her art with dance, movement art and film. Unique to her work are her “extreme” projects in arctic areas, e.g. glaciers and volcanoes in Iceland, as well as her special effects art with handmade paper cut-outs. Vilija is a 2-time bodypainting world champion in the categories Special Effects (2019) and Camouflage (2021). https://www.vilijaart.com/
Marian Folga (Poland) is a bodypainting artist whose skills go beyond painting and bodypainting; he is also a choreographer, photographer and makeup artist. His trademark is probably his dance and acrobatic shows in flourishing light. Am 27. Und 28. Dezember zeigt Johannes Stötter zum 5. Mal seine Bodypainting Kunst in einer Show im Stadttheater Sterzing, diesmal zusammen mit 2 Gastkünstlern, den Bodypaintern Marian Folga aus Polen und Vilija Vitkuté aus Schweden. Ein internationales und multidisziplinäres Kunstevent, bei dem das Publikum nicht nur verschiedene Körperkunstrichtungen (UV-Effekte, Spezialeffekte, Camouflage, Illusionskunst), sondern auch das Einfließen anderer Kunstrichtungen wie Tanz, Akrobatik und Film erleben darf.
Die Künstler
Vilija Vitkuté (Litauen/Schweden) ist eine Bodypainting Künstlerin, die ihre Kunst mit Tanz, Bewegungskunst und Film kombiniert. Einzigartig an ihrer Arbeit sind ihre „extremen“ Projekte in arktischen Gebieten, z.B. Gletscher und Vulkane in Island, sowie ihre Special-Effects-Kunst mit handgeschöpften Papierschnitten. Il 27 e 28 dicembre, Johannes Stötter presenterà per la quinta volta la sua arte di body painting in uno spettacolo al Teatro Comunale di Vipiteno, questa volta insieme a due artisti ospiti, i body painter Marian Folga dalla Polonia e Vilija Vitkuté dalla Svezia. Un evento artistico internazionale e multidisciplinare in cui il pubblico potrà sperimentare non solo diversi stili di body art (effetti UV, effetti speciali, camouflage, illusion art), ma anche il flusso di altri stili artistici come la danza, l'acrobazia e il cinema.
