It won’t come as a surprise that I have another Lord of the Rings to show you 😉
This project is a bit unusual—kind of similar to others I’ve done, but I wanted to take this version a step further… and never again 😅 I haven’t struggled this much in a long time while stretching leather over these vine-like elements on the cover. The leather I use is quite thick for book covers, which didn’t make things any easier. But I think it turned out pretty well 😃
In the center, there’s an additional circular element with the inscription from the One Ring. Unlike my usual designs, this is a separate piece rather than being part of a single leather sheet. But don’t worry—it’s firmly screwed and nailed to the cover (not going anywhere). The ring itself is made of wood, metal, and leather- built for durability above all else.
