Shipping Update for Thorgal – International Deliveries Completed, U.S. Fulfillment in Progress

All possible international shipments with Thorgal have been dispatched, U.S. fulfillment is now underway via Eric, and additional batches — along with follow-ups regarding pending details and the French guidebook — will proceed next week.
Hello everyone,

All shipments that we were able to dispatch have now been sent out — including parcels to Canada, Japan, and Brazil.

Shipments to the United States have reached Eric. We are currently transferring your details to him and preparing the packages locally. However, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery of all U.S. parcels within this first batch. This is the first shipment we were able to move across the U.S. border, and the process has proven more complex than anticipated.

We sincerely apologize for the complications. This was not our original plan.

Another shipment is scheduled to leave for Eric next week, which will allow him to complete and dispatch more of your orders. Eric has confirmed that he will focus on processing all received packages next week. As soon as I receive the tracking numbers, I will forward them to you. Hopefully, U.S. carriers will begin delivering tracking notifications directly to your inboxes so that I will not need to distribute them manually.

After this stage, we will begin contacting backers who have not yet completed their address details, shipping payments, taxes, or other required steps. I will try to reach out individually to ensure as many parcels as possible are delivered successfully. If you do not hear from me within a week, please feel free to contact me directly via email.

Backers waiting for the French guidebook version will need to wait a little longer. I will speak with our partners in France and aim to provide a dedicated update regarding the French edition in the next communication.
Despite the challenges, everything is moving in the right direction.

You probably thought we forgot about you… but we definitely didn’t forget about you!

We’re excited to share that JomsViking Board Game is currently in production, and we now have a confirmed completion date. The game is scheduled to come off the production line in 5 weeks.

Since production is taking place in Poland, delivery to our warehouse will only take a few days. After that, we’ll add the miniatures (which we already have ready), conduct a final quality check, and within just a few more days, we’ll begin shipping the games to you.

We’re getting closer and closer — thank you for your patience and support!

Today is the 27th, and many of you were likely waiting for this update. As I mentioned earlier, we want to remain fully transparent with you. We have now received confirmation that the printing house will experience a 1–2 day delay, but the production process is ongoing.

As proof, we’re sharing photos straight from the production line.
I will do my best to post another update tomorrow with the latest progress.

Dear all,
time for another round of updates on our projects:

⚔️ Jomsviking
At this point, we still don’t have confirmed production dates. On Monday, we plan to deliver the full set of materials to a new partner company, which we hope will meet our expectations and complete the Jomsviking production before the end of this year. Fingers crossed!

📖 Thorgal
We’ve received confirmation from the printing house — all copies should arrive at our warehouse by the end of November. The official shipping date from the printer is November 27th (we already have the documents to prove it). After that, we’ll handle repackaging, completing any missing components, and sending everything out to you.
If all goes according to plan, Thorgal should be in your hands at the beginning of December.

🤖 Neuroshima
The testing phase has been completed, just as announced in the previous update. We’re now in the proofreading and editing stage, while our graphic designers continue creating new, exciting artwork for the rulebook.

💎 Crystals of Time
No major changes here — work is moving forward steadily. We can reveal that the bestiaries are now complete and have been delivered by the authors.

🌍 HvH and Midguard
No updates here either — both projects remain on hold until Jomsviking and Thorgal are fully completed.

Dear all,
we’d like to share with you the latest updates on our projects:

⚔️ Jomsviking
Unfortunately, the battle is still ongoing – the originally delivered files turned out to be faulty. Right now, Artur Szymała himself is personally checking every single file for quality. We sincerely apologize for this setback and the delays it has caused.

📖 Thorgal
All materials are already at the printing house (both Polish and English editions). We’re now waiting for confirmation of the delivery date to our warehouse. As soon as we have a date, we’ll let you know right away.

🤖 Neuroshima
We are closing testing on September 30th and moving into the layout phase of the core book. Our plan remains to deliver the digital version in December to all backers. The print version – given recent challenges – depends on further progress, so we prefer not to make promises beyond that.

💎 Crystals of Time
Work continues! The mechanics are about 80% complete and still undergoing intensive testing. The next internal session is scheduled for tomorrow. This project recently had its own dedicated update, so we won’t expand further here.

🌍 HvH & Midguard
At conventions you often ask about these lines. We’ve started work on a couple of things for both HvH and Midguard, but these projects are on hold – until we finish Jomsviking and Thorgal, we won’t be starting anything new.

Thorgal French Edition – Project Update

Dear supporters,

We’re pleased to share an update on the progress of the French edition of Thorgal, based on our partner’s current planning:

Corebook: Translation completed on October 13, 2024; editing planned for December 14, 2024; layout proof expected by February 8, 2026.

Starter Set: Translation completed on November 11, 2024; editing planned for December 2, 2024; layout proof expected by January 2, 2026.

Northland Sagas: Translation completed on November 30, 2024; editing planned for January 30, 2025; layout proof expected by February 21, 2026.

We’ve prioritized the Corebook so that it can serve as a foundation for an improved Starter Set and allow us to deliver the PDF version to backers earlier. The Starter Set is likely to be ready sooner due to its smaller size.

Please note that while these are our current targets, dates are subject to change — though we remain hopeful for positive shifts in the timeline.

Thorgal PDF – English Version Sent!

We’ve sent out over 250 PDFs with the English version of Thorgal! If you’ve completed your pledge and filled in your details, check your account (and spam folder). Didn’t get it? Contact us! French version is still in production, but on the way.
We’ve just finished sending out over 250 PDFs of the English version of Thorgal!

Everyone who has fully completed their pledge (including shipping) and filled in their details should now find the PDF available in their account.

Dear Supporters,

The shipment of the Polish textbooks is now behind us! The English digital version is also ready, and starting next week, we will begin sending it out to all backers, whether they ordered the English or French version. Additionally, we have now started production of the physical English textbooks.

For those waiting for the French version, we have exciting news! Based on your feedback from the starter, we have secured a partnership with a French publishing house that will handle the translation and production of the French version for you. The publisher is Don't Panic Games, which will ensure the highest linguistic quality for the game.
We have already handed over the English version of the textbook to them, and the translation process is now underway!

Our Next Steps:

Production of the English textbook, Game Master screens, and cards
Production of the English and Polish expansion for the game
Shipping of the English version to all backers
Supporting our French partner in the production process

Additionally, we have exciting news! We have already applied to the licensor for permission to create additional content for our game—stay tuned for more details coming soon!
