PRTD-41, loosely meaning Degtyarov's Anti-Tank Rifle model 1941, was a Soviet-made single-shot weapon, designed for taking out the tanks. It used a 14.5mm bullet, which gave it enormous power for a rifle, being able to pe*****te around 40mm of armor. This enabled the Soviets to take out weaker armored vehicles and even tanks. When shot at the right place, even the Panthers weren't safe. About 471,500 were built and were used even by Germans after they manage to get their hands on some.
