Ab marinated chicken ko pan me thora oil Dal Kar colour change hony Tak fry Karin,lakin zyda fry nahi karna bus halka said colour change ho to nikal lain (is tarha karny sy aap ka chicken bhut hi soft bany ga or sticks par lagany k bad jaldi tyaar ho ga)ab fry chicken ko or vegetables ko sticks par laga lain jasy me ny lagaya howa Hy or grill pan ko garam Karin halka said oil lagain or shashlik sticks ko grill pan par rakh dain ab shashlik sticks par brush sy sauce lagain Jo hum ny tyaar Kar k rakha hy ye sauce lagany sy aap ki shashlik sticks bhut soft juicy or mezedar banin go insha Allah.shashlik sticks ki side change Karin or phir sauce sy glaze Karin, jab donon sides sy sticks tyaar ho jain or acha sa colour a jy to serving dish me nikal lain🍒

Imli alubukhary ko aik litre pani me 3-4khanty k liay bhigo dain.
3-4ghanty bad isay hath sy achi tarha masal lain ta k sara guda pani me mix ho jye phir issay chaan lain.
Ab ye pulp wala pani ko pan me dalin,lemon juice, sugar ya gur oar black salt dalin oar sugar melt hony tak pakain,flame off kar dain thanda ho jye to bottle me dal kar fridge me rakh dain oar jab peena ho to 1glass me 3-4tbsp is juice k dalin thanda pani oar ice dalin oar mix kar k pi lainπŸ˜‹πŸΉπŸ˜‹
Note:is sharbat ko bana kar aap fridge me aram sy 15 days tak rakh kar use kar sakty hain.

Ingredients
All purpose flour (maida) 2cup
Milk powder 3tbsp
Sugar powder 3tbs
Melted butter 3tbs
Baking powder 1/2tsp
Yeast 2tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Milk 1/2cup
Egg1
Method
Sab sy pahly maida me baking powder oar sal dal kar ussay do bar chaan kar lain.
Ab is maidy me aik egg,powder sugar, dry milk, melted butter,yeast dal kar mix karin oar neem garam doodh sy goondh lain.oar 2-3ghanty k liay cover kar k rakh dain tak achi tarha rais ho jye.
3ghanty bad isay nikalin oar dobara achi taha mix karin oar 1/2inch moti roti bale lain phir kisi cutter sy ya glass sy gol cut kar lain oar darmiyaan me sy choty cutter ya bottle k cover sy cut kar lain oar donut tyaar kar lain.
Tyaar kiay howy donuts ko1/2hour k liay dobara cover kar k rakh dain.
1/2hour bad inhin pahly sy garam kiay howy oil me slow flame par golden brown fry kar lain. Yad rakhin oil t**z garam nahi hona chahiy warna donut jal jain gy.
Agar fry nahi karny to preheated oven me 180degrees par 10mins bake kar lain.
Chocolate coating
Cooking chocolate 250g
Cream 2tbsp
Butter 2tbsp
Cooking chocolate ko double boiler par melt kar lain phir is me butter oar cream dal kar achi tarha mix kar lain oar tyaar kiay howy donuts par coat kar dain.

GG paste 2tbsp
Tomatoes medium 2
Hari mirch 4-3
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Lal mirch powder 1tbsp
Dhaniya powder 1tsp
Haldi powder 1tsp
Sabit zeera 1tsp
Kalwaji 1/2tsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Oil 1/2cup
Method
Sab sy pahly daal ko saaf kar k achi tarha dho kar neem garam pani me 2ghanty k liay bhigo dain.
Pyaaz ko bareek kaat lain jesay omelet k liay katty hain,phir pan me oil garam karin zeera oar kalwaji ko halka sa soty karin oar sath hi pyaaz dal dain oar light brown hony tak fry karin.
Tamater oar 2hari mirch ko blend kar lain.
Jab pyaaz fry ho jye to uss me GG paste dalin oar bhonin,jab is ka kacha pan khatam ho jy to blend ki howy tamater oar mirch dal dain oar garam masaly k ilawa baqi masaly dal kar achi tarha bhonin jab oil side par nikal aye to is me daal dal kar 5mins k liay bhonin.
Abis me aik glass pani dal kar boil any dain phir flame slow kar dain oar dhak dain.
15-20mints me dal gul jye gi oar pani bhi dry ho jye ga ab is par garam masala,lemon juice, hara dhaniya,hari mirch oar adark Bareek kar kar dalin oar 5mins k liay oar dum par rakh dain.
Lain ji mazeedar maash ki daal ready hy podiny ki chuttni salad oar roti k sath enjoy karin.
